Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 6, 2026

We build for people who are often using one hand, on a phone, in the dark, on very little sleep. Accessibility isn't a side concern for us — it's the normal condition of our customers.

What we aim for

We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice that means:

  • Text that meets contrast minimums against its background.
  • The whole site usable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
  • Alt text on meaningful images, and headings in a logical order for screen readers.
  • Forms with real labels and error messages that say what to fix.
  • Text that reflows and stays readable when zoomed to 200%.
  • No content that flashes, and nothing that relies on colour alone to make sense.
  • Reduced-motion preferences respected for animations.

Where we fall short

Parts of the site rely on third-party code — payment processing, reviews, embedded video — that we don't fully control. Some of it may not meet AA. We test what we can and push our providers on the rest.

If something on this site is unusable for you, that's a bug and we want to hear about it. Email hello@wearlucina.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within one business day and to fix genuine barriers quickly.

If the site blocks you from ordering

Email us and we will take your order manually, apply any active discount, and get it shipped. You should never be shut out of buying something because of how our site is built.
